It started with a crash on I-235 just before 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Witnesses say 57-year-old Steven Luepke was driving recklessly when he lost control of a 2010 Chevy Camaro and crashed into the median.

Steven Luebke's arrest last weekend led to his third OWI offense, but if you scroll through KCCI's See Who Got Arrested slideshow , you'll find quite a few arrests for multiple OWI offenses.
